My name is Sarah, and I provide counselling and mental health support in North London. My practice is built on extensive life experience, education, and training. I am a BACP registered counsellor (reg no 395579) and work with both adults and young people aged 5-18.
As a qualified therapist specializing in person-centred theory, I draw on my own lived experience while recognizing that the best outcomes in psychotherapy are achieved when I listen to you as the expert. Together, we can navigate those sometimes difficult and overwhelming feelings.
I provide a fully inclusive counselling practice, working with individuals who are navigating their feelings surrounding their sexuality and gender. Through psychotherapy, I take a whole-person approach to understand and offer mental health support, helping people find a way through these challenges and the impact they may have on their lives.
In recent years, more people are navigating the journey of IVF and fertility treatment. This can be an emotional time, and I provide counselling and mental health support to help individuals explore the feelings that arise during this life-changing process. Through psychotherapy, I offer a safe space to listen and process these experiences.

I have completed specialist training with SANDs UK to provide couples, individuals, and their families who have experienced baby loss and miscarriage a safe space for counselling and mental health support, helping them navigate the world after such a significant life event through psychotherapy.
I have lived experience of the fostering process, as a care leaver myself and mother of a foster and then adopted child. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming and the process is hard; I will work with what is coming up for you in a safe and supportive space through counselling. I also provide mental health support and psychotherapy for adults who have lived in the care system, offering a space to navigate their feelings and experiences surrounding this time in their life and how it has impacted them.
Please complete the contact form to make an initial enquiry for counselling services, and we will arrange a 15-20 minute video consultation or telephone call if you prefer. I understand how challenging it can be to find the right therapist for mental health support, so our consultation process allows you to assess if we are the right fit. I primarily offer psychotherapy sessions online over Zoom, providing flexible options to accommodate individuals' working patterns or personal commitments. Online sessions also offer easy access for those struggling with mobility or social anxiety. Each session costs £60, with concessions available for students.
